Allahabad High Court Passed A Big Order : Uttar Pradesh S.I. Recruitment 2021
Recently, the Allahabad High Court at Lucknow passed a big order regarding Uttar Pradesh S.I. Recruitment 2021.
A single Judge bench of Justice Subhash Vidyarthi has made the final selection/appointment in Uttar Pradesh S.I. Recruitment 2021, subject to the final order to be passed in the writ petition.
This order has been passed by the High Court on the petition filed by Ravindra Pratap Singh and 49 other petitioners.
The counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Vidhu Bhushan Kalia and Mr. Rajat Rajan Singh, presented in the court that a total of 31 FIRs have been registered so far in relation to this recruitment.
It was argued by Mr. Vidhu Bhushan Kalia and Mr. Rajat Rajan Singh that this recruitment has been rigged on a large scale and as per the FIR a solver gang was working in it.
It was submitted before the court by the lawyers of the petitioner that various FIRs have been registered against the people of the agency which was given the responsibility of conducting the written examination of this recruitment and the involvement of the agency was also found by the STF.
The court, after hearing the arguments of the state government and the counsel for the petitioner, has given the state four weeks to file its Counter Affidavit and the petitioner has been given one week to file its Rejoinder, and the matter has been posted for the week commencing 18th July, 2022.
