Court Sentences to the rapist father to 20 years in Prison for Rape of Two Year Old Daughter
In Indore, a special judge sentenced the rapist father to 20 years in prison. The accused raped her two-and-a-half-year-old daughter. The court also imposed a Rs 4000 thousand fine.
The Court has stated in the matter that this case is one of a kind. It will sour the relationship, so it cannot be ignored.
The incident occurred on January 10, 2020, in Pardeshipura. According to District Prosecution Officer Sanjeev Srivastava, the girl lived in a house in Pardeshipura with her parents. The girl’s mother is a caregiver. As a result, she is required to perform night duty on a daily basis.
On January 10, the girl’s mother filed a complaint with the police station. She stated that she had gone to work on the evening of January 9, 2020. The child was abandoned by his father. The girl was crying when I returned in the morning. Her private part was swollen. Everything was clear to Mother. She went to the police station and filed a complaint. The accused were apprehended by the police after a case was filed under the POCSO Act.
