The Supreme Court has today made a landmark Judgement envisaging the Obligation of the Builder and the Agent/Brokers to be ascertained .
In the Chairmanship of the Honorable Justice D.Y. Chandrachud the Supreme Court Division Bench today gave a landmark Judgement . The Ld. Bench made an observation wheareas most often the by virtue of various covenant clauses of the Agreement for Sale made by the builder the Buyer is on the back foot .
The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Central Government to frame a model Act or law to safeguard the interest of the Consumer as per the guidelines laid down in the Real Estate Regulatory Authority Rules, 2016 .
