Bombay High Court : A Father Claims For His Daughter Died Due To Side Effect Of Covid Vaccine : He Demanded As Compensation Of One Thousand Crore
In the Bombay High Court a petition has been filed by the father of a deceased medical student, claiming that his daughter died due to side-effects of the COVID vaccine and has sought Rs 1000 crore as compensation. The petitioner argued that his daughter was told that the vaccine was completely safe and she was a health worker, so she took the vaccine.
On 28th January, 2021, the petitioner's daughter was vaccinated and she claimed that she died on 1st March, 2021 due to side effects of the vaccine.
He further argued that on 2nd October, 2021 the AEFI committee of the Centre, accepted that his daughter had died due to side-effects of the Covishield Vaccine.
Besides Serum Institute of India, Government of Maharashtra, Centre, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Mr Bill Gates has also been made a party in the case.
The petitioner prayed before the court that an interim compensation of one thousand crore rupees be given to him. There are other prayers that the court should assume that his daughter was vaccinated because of the false narrative of the state.
The petitioner also sought action against social media companies like YouTube, Meta and Google, which are allegedly suppressing the facts of death due to vaccine side effects.
