Cheque Bounce Case : Bhopal District Court Issued Warrant Against Bollywood Actress Ameesha Patel : Rs 32 Lakh 25 Thousand

The Bhopal District Court issued a bail able warrant against Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel on 29th November, 2021.

UTF Telefilms Private Limited has filed a case against Bollywood Actress Ameesha Patel for a cheque bounce amount of Rs 32 lakh 25 thousand.

 

 

 

 

 

Amisha Patel has been summoned to appear in Bhopal District Court on December 4, 2021. In the Madhya Pradesh assembly elections, Ameesha was the party’s star campaigner.

Ameesha has been issued a bail able warrant by First Class Bhopal District Judge Ravi Kumar Borasi, according to Ravi Panth, legal advisorl for UTF Telefilms Pvt Ltd.

Ameesha and her company, in order to make a film M/S Ameesha Patel Production, borrowed 32 lakh 25 thousand rupees from UTF Telefilms Pvt Ltd.

 

 

 

 

 

According to the terms of the agreement, she gave the company two cheques in the amount of 32 lakh 25 thousand, both the cheques was bounced.

On behalf of UTF Telefilms Pvt Ltd filed the case in the District Court of Bhopal. Amisha Patel was issued a bail able warrant in this regard on 29th November, 2021. If Amisha fails to appear in Bhopal District Court on December 4, 2021, after obtaining the bail able warrant, an arrest warrant may be issued against Ameesha Patel.

 

 

 

In Indore, a check bounce case worth Rs 10 lakh was filed against Bollywood actress Amisha Patel. Nitesh Parmar, the petitioner’s lawyer, claimed that Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel took ten lakh rupees from Nisha Chhipa, a resident of Pink City in Indore, six months ago in the name of film production. In exchange of this, a cheque dated 24th April, 2019 was issued. Nisha presented this check in an Indore bank after the due date, and it bounced.
