A suit has been filed in the Apex Court seeking action against bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and sought censoring of her social media posts to maintain law and order in the country.

 

in this case the petitioner’s lawyer Charanjeet Singh Chanderpal who also sought that all FIRs registered against actress Ranaut should be transferred to Khar, Mumbai, and a charge sheet will be filed within six months.

 

The Petitioner termed the actress’s comments as not only irreligious and tyrannous but her terrific comments might also cause riots in the country. 

 

 

 

 

It is further said that the allusions were against the Sikh people and justify the killing of Sikhs and therefore, it is asked that actress Ranaut should get a treat punishment for her actions.

The suit also seeks direction to the Home Ministry and Ministry of Electronics & Telecommunication to take preventive measures against Ranaut’s posts. The petitioner said none of actress Ranaut’s posts should be allowed on social media without amendment, censoring, or interchange.

 

 

 

 

 

Actress Ranaut’s recent social media posts had compared the farmer’s protests to Kahalistani arms twisting tactics and her posts presume that protesting Sikh farmers are Khalistani copassionates.

It was also stated that farmers protesting the Farm Laws are not only from the Sikh community but from other religions and regions as well.

 

 

 

The suit also states that Kangana directly attacked the Sikh religion by stating that Sikhs should acknowledge former PM Indira Gandhi as their guru.
